  About the artist:
  Born in 1956 in Tokyo, Earl Hamilton grew up in a family of painters, first in Japan and then on a secluded homestead in Oregon. Hamilton received an art scholarship while studying art at Oregon State University, and went on to win awards from the Northwest Watercolor Society and the Watercolor Society of Oregon. His work can be found in the collections of US National Bank in Portland and Oregon State University in Corvallis. Hamilton is represented by the Attic Gallery in Camas, Washington, the Freed Gallery in Lincoln City, Oregon and the Lawrence Gallery in Lake Oswego, Oregon.
